A few days ago, we launched paradigm , the podcast which shares the virtuous initiatives of certain brands which will help define a better world for tomorrow.
Today, we give voice to people who inspire us and who share our values, through these written interviews.
Astrid Glotin , co-founder of Club Tina, took part in the exercise and answered our questions.
What is your background ?
Hello, I'm Astrid , the co-founder of Club Tina ! After working for 2 years as Head of Operations at Farmitoo (agricultural equipment marketplace), I left employment aside to embark on the fabulous adventure of entrepreneurship!
What is Club Tina?
Club Tina is a personalization and responsible clothing creation service for professionals .
In other words, we offer the personalization of responsible textiles (second-hand sweatshirts and t-shirts, unsold stocks, etc.) and/or the tailor-made creation of personalized clothing.
How would you define your clothing style?
I have always had difficulty defining myself in a single clothing style, I like to vary and break things!
It's funny because I was discussing it just a few days ago with a very good friend, a stylist who told me, I quote “comfortable casual with bohemian or sporty/street touches” it's very precise !
The piece in your wardrobe that you will never be able to part with?
Without hesitation, a simple white round-neck t-shirt !
Your most beautiful piece found second hand?
As an accessory, a vintage silver ring, found in a small antique store in Porto.
Or my Nike AF1 Low Lux that I found on Vinted .
Your favorite Paradigm?
The Côtelé Paris jacket in Lilac !
Do you have any little tips you can apply on a daily basis to consume or live more responsibly?
Paradigm for sure! I almost only buy second-hand clothes , but also decoration (I love bargain shopping), household appliances , etc.
More daily, cycling in Paris and it's a joy! Reusable cotton pads for girls and deleting emails for entrepreneurs! 😉
And I favor “ more local ” every day!
Your latest cultural discoveries to share with us? (film, exhibition, book, series, podcast, music, etc.)
I laughed a lot during the comedian Philippine Delaire 's show, a must-see!
Otherwise I listen to a lot of music and my current favorite is clearly Anaïs ! Listen to “ Yellow Hearts ” and “ Runaway ”, well listen to them all! Anaïs, I’m waiting for your date in Paris!
