Paradigme is recruiting its first Sales & Partnership Manager on a permanent basis!

As Sales & Partnership Manager , you will be at the heart of Paradigme 's growth strategy. You will be responsible for acquiring new second-hand partners. Also the preferred contact for our partners, you will be in charge of the management and animation of our brand portfolio.

Responsibilities

  • Sales / Business development

    • Identify new second-hand partners : brands, department stores, e-commerce platforms, development of new verticals.
    • Create canvassing materials .
    • Approach decision-makers/contacts and convince them to join our platform.
    • Develop and maintain your own lead pipeline.
    • Negotiate agreements and contracts for all stakeholders.

  • Account Management / Customer Relations

    • Ensure the smooth onboarding of new partners, from signing to launching their second-hand offer.
    • Collaborate with operational teams to ensure partnerships are launched.
    • Identify additional service opportunities for our partners.
    • Implement a commercial animation plan adapted to each partner.
    • Ensure monitoring of events and communication operations with partners and marketing teams.
    • Monitor the performance of our partners and identify levers for improvement with the founders.
    • Manage partner invoicing .

  • Other missions

    • Strategy : Follow developments in the sector and competition.
    • Event : Participate in trade shows and events in the sector.
    • Product : Collect feedback from partners and transmit platform improvements to the Tech team (backoffice, UX, catalog management, etc.).

Profile :

  • Bac+4/5 type University or Business School
  • You have a first successful experience in B2B Sales, preferably in the fashion or e-commerce industry.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, enthusiastic, motivated and smiling
  • Strong sales, negotiation and customer relations skills.
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills (both written and oral).
  • Rigorous and results-oriented.
  • Excellent knowledge of current fashion trends and a strong interest in second hand and/or responsible fashion.
  • You have ambition, an entrepreneurial soul and you want to have responsibilities within an impact project.

You will join an ambitious project and a passionate, committed and caring team . As the first permanent contract, you will work directly with the founders and you will have a direct impact on our development by joining us at a key stage of the adventure.
