Size guide - Courtois Paris

The size corresponds to your head circumference in centimetres . To know it, use a tape measure and position it in the middle of the forehead and at the level of the back bump of the skull (normally 1 cm above the eyebrows and ears).

Hold it snugly, not too tightly the way you'd like your hat to fit: most sizing errors occur from applying the band too tightly .

If you don't have a flexible tape measure, you can use a piece of string or tape (non-stretchable) and then measure it flat. If your measurement falls between two sizes, we advise you to choose the larger of the two. Thus, wearing the hat will be more comfortable. You can adjust the size of the hat thanks to a small piece of foam or cork strips to be placed behind the fabric or leather headband inside the hat.

The most worn sizes for women are generally 55-56-57 and for men 58-59-60.
