PARADIGM IS RECRUITING ITS FIRST JUNIOR DA ON A CDI!

As a Junior AD , you will play a key role in the development of Paradigme 's brand image, and also in its overall communications strategy. You will be responsible for creating a coherent and quality visual identity, in line with the universe of brands resold on Paradigme.

Responsibilities

• Artistic direction :

  • Build and develop Paradigme's brand identity , in line with our vision and values.
  • Guarantee respect for the brand image of all of our second-hand partners.
  • Supervise and lead photo shoots , from carrying out model shoots to producing still lifes.
  • Ensure the consistency and overall aesthetic of the brand across all media, in collaboration with the marketing and communications teams.
  • Stay on top of trends in fashion, design, photography and art.

• Graphic Design and Communication:

  • Design impactful graphic elements for our different communication channels, in print and web: social networks, e-shop, ad creation, newsletters, podcast, etc.
  • Supervise with the communications team the animation of our social networks.
  • Contribute to improving the user experience (UX/UI) of the paradigm.fr site.
  • Establish collaborations to increase Paradigme’s notoriety, including partnerships with influencers, competitions and creative partnerships.

• Events:

  • Participate in the creation and scenography of events such as pop-up stores, collaborations, parties, and startup/fashion events.

Profile :

• Bac+4/5 in design, graphics or similar field.
• You have successful experience in artistic direction and/or communication, preferably in fashion.
• Autonomy, creativity, keen sense of aesthetics and ability to take initiatives.
• Excellent knowledge of current fashion trends and a strong interest in second hand and/or responsible fashion.
• Mastery of graphic design tools such as the Adobe suite and/or Figma.
• Ability to work in a team , communicate well and manage several projects simultaneously.
• You have ambition, an entrepreneurial soul and you want to have responsibilities within an impact project.
