Paradigme is recruiting its first Operations Manager on a permanent basis!

As the first Operations Manager at Paradigme , you will be the central pillar of our operational activity, ensuring that our processes are efficient and aligned with our strategic objectives. You will be responsible for coordinating and optimizing the company's operations, in close collaboration with the Paradigme teams (ecommerce, marketing, customer care) and our logistics provider to guarantee the proper functioning of the entire chain.

You will work, from our premises in Paris , in direct contact with Fabien Huché-Deniset, the co-founder of Paradigme in charge of operations. Regular trips to the warehouse of our logistics provider will also be expected.

Responsibilities

  1. Coordinate the operational chain in collaboration with our logistics service provider: collection, shooting, putting clothes online , stock monitoring, preparation and sending of orders.

  2. Supervise the E-commerce and Customer Care teams at Paradigme, and collaborate with logistics partners to guarantee the quality and punctuality of our services (collections and sales).

  3. Identify opportunities to improve operational processes and implement them, in collaboration with the technical and logistics teams: tools, processes, etc.

  4. Lead the implementation of new operational projects , ensuring compliance with defined deadlines and budgets.

  5. Implement performance monitoring and management tools

  6. Manage partnerships with our service providers (logistics, transport): preparation and facilitation of steering meetings, performance monitoring, contract negotiation.

  7. Customer Success and strategy

    • Manage Customer Care / Customer Service
    • Analyze customer feedback, identify priority improvements to optimize the Product, and Paradigme's customer experience
  8. Actively contribute to the development of the Operations team , in line with the growth of Paradigme: recruitment, training, management.

Profile

  • Bac+5 Business School or Engineering School.
  • 1-2 years of professional experience.
  • You have a first successful experience in operational management or project management. Knowledge of logistics and e-commerce is a plus.
  • Knowledge of No-Code tools is a plus (Shopify, Airtable, Notion, etc.), as is experience implementing an ERP/WMS.
  • You have strong project management skills / you have already led a project from start to finish with an impact proven and validated by your hierarchy or your clients.
  • You have the ability to develop a long-term vision while knowing how to manage daily challenges with agility.
  • You know how to work independently, with dynamism, you have a sense of initiative and a problem solving approach.
  • You are rigorous, have good analytical skills and are results-oriented.
  • You have clear communication, good interpersonal skills, and team spirit.
  • You have an entrepreneurial soul and you want to have responsibilities within an impact project.
